Subscriptions

We have a number of different subscriptions for Valhalla Cross-Lifting.

The different subscriptions vary from 8x per month to unlimited and can be combined with a Viking's Gym subscription!

You can also purchase a trial lesson or a separate Cross-Lifting Training at any time for just 12,50.

Lessons

  • Fundamentals: The prerequisite lessons needed to get you moving safely.
  • Open Gym: A block of 1.5 hours where you can train independently.
  • W.O.D.: “Workout of the day.” You train in a group under the guidance of our coach on all 10 aspects of being fit.
  • Kids: A block of 1.5 hours where children from 4 years old engage in functional movement in a playful way.

SPINNING

Our spinning classes are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 till 10:30, join us! You will be pushed by our instructors; Peter and Jaques. We have got a total of 8 spinning bikes so be early!
